The Alternative
In order to serve people and businesses throughout the State of Idaho, to provide greater access to legal services, and to provide a lower cost alternative to legal services for simpler matters, the virtual law office of Jill Eshman Law, Idaho Law Online, was launched in February of 2010. Through the virtual law office, basic legal documents are created through a questionnaire process, limited legal questions can be asked and answered, and existing documents can be reviewed. However, unlike other online law legal form providers, each Idaho Law Online client has all documents reviewed by a licensed Idaho attorney.
Whether the service you need is the full service traditional legal representation of Jill Eshman Law, or limited legal representation through Idaho Law Online, we are bound by and comply with the Idaho Rules of Professional Conduct. The Idaho Rule of Professional Conduct apply to all Idaho lawyers and guide our practice with respect to, among other issues, attorney client confidentially, conflicts of interest, and high ethical standards. We also comply with the American Bar Association’s "Best Practice" Guidelines.
Now clients have a choice – you can use the full service law firm of Jill Eshman Law or you can use the lawyer assisted online service at Idaho Law Online.
