Once you register as a client on Idaho Law OnLine, you can request Legal Advice by Phone for a fixed price as set forth under online services.
The phone call will be limited to a maximum of 30 minutes and is limited to one “incident” which is defined as a single legal matter which requires one or more legal answers for resolution. If additional time is needed for your matter, you will be advised what the additional charge will be and at that time you can elect to approve the charge and continue at another scheduled time.
When you purchase Legal Advice by Phone, we will ask for the date and time that is convenient for you and your phone number so that we can call you at your requested date and time. Should the date and time need to be changed to suit the attorney’s schedule, we will contact you.
To maximize the phone call, prior to the scheduled phone call, please submit an email with your question and details of your matter and names of all parties involved by clicking here . Please do not forget to include all parties’ names so that a conflict check can be conducted.
